Real Estate Brokerage Services

Property Mangement Services

Purchasing a house or apratment as investment prpoerty can be very exciting and invigorating, but dealing the realities of property management (findng qualified tenants, getting the lease signed, collecting the rent on time, etc) can sometimes be tedious its best and a total nightmare at its worst.  HOLMCO Property Solutions undertake all of the mundane tasks of manageing a property such as advertising, pre-screening prospective tenants, signing the lease and collecting all upfront monies as well as the monthly rental.  We also handle all maintenance issues throughout the term of the property management contract.  HOLMCO Property Solutions also offers management services for subdivision homeowners associations (HOA).  HOLMCO Property Solutions strongly believes that the value of real estate is largely based on how well it’s being managed and maintained.   HOLMCO Property Solutions always strives for maximum property appreciation for our clients.

Project Management

Perform planning, organizing and overseeing the various milestones and tasks involved with residential and commercial renovation and construction projects.  As project manager, HOLMCO Property Solutions will represent the builder or contractor hired to perform the work to ensure the project is built to specs, and also ensure the project is completed on-time and within the specified budget.  HOLMCO Property Solutions can perform estimates for the work, select contractors, write contracts    and act as coordinator among various trades as the job progresses.
